Tourisme Outaouais unveils its new promotional campaign created by Kolegram
May 21st was the official launch of the promotional campaign creative for Outaouais Tourism Summer 2008 season, which took place at the Château Cartier in Gatineau.
This multi-media campaign is the result of a brand new artistic direction that was developed by Kolegram. As the foundation for this new direction, a new slogan was created: «It's in our nature!» This slogan enables usage of a variety of lead-in
phrases such as «Welcoming you, Entertaining you, Pampering you... It's in our nature!", corresponding to the friendly treatments and expectations offered to the region's visitors. This slogan builds on and supports the region's previous signature, «Outaouais, live it!».
Various marketing tools for the Summer 2008 Campaign were unveiled at the launch, including English and French television spots (produced by PXL Media), a French
radio ad, and English and French versions of a promotional brochure which will be inserted in Le Droit, The Ottawa Citizen, The Montreal Gazette and Canadian Living Magazine.
«The unveiling of the slogan and exciting new visual direction has produced a lot of enthusiasm among the Outaouais region's tourist industry», commented José Lafleur, Assistant Director of Communications at Outaouais Tourism. «The positive feedback we received has been excellent and our region's tourist industry partners are very proud! Thank you to the Kolegram team!»
